I know that you have to be careful when you walk solely in the dark. Especially when you're walking alone in a bad neighborhood like this, and if you're a girl, then it's like you're asking for a rape. Shit happens nowadays, just read the newspapers: its headlines' scream: murder, raped, street robberies, etc. It's no fun anymore to be out in the dark. Even so, sometimes you just can't stay away of the dark. Eventually, you've to be brave and walk through a tough neighborhood like this one, where the junkies live on the street and urinate against the walls, with colorful and pointless graffiti. They are out there waiting for you, just to take your money so that they can buy some cocaine. 'Well fuck them', I said to myself.

The wind cries for mercy while the three soldiers ran across the battlefield at night, they use the darkness to get away from the field were thousands of soldiers found their final destiny in the mud.

Some soldiers were still alive while rats eat their rotten flesh. Unknowing of their final destiny in the mud, unaware of the fact that they are dying, still eager to live a little, not to give up until the light fades away from their twisted eyes. Their bones and skulls are buried under the mud, caused by a bomb nearby and even than the rats return to the blood fest. The smell of dead and rotten flesh is something that attracts their instinct; they don’t mind the bombs or the bullets that flies around the place like fireflies.

It was late in the evening when the phone rang.

Weary she looked up from her screen and stared at the phone, which still rang. Her gaze slid on her watch. The hands told her it was 0:45. She sighed and wondered who took it into his guts to call so late. The phone rang again. She picked up the receiver with her left hand and pressed it between her shoulders as she looked intently at the screen. She was busy making a company presentation, and she found it annoying to be disturbed. While she clicked with her mouse on an icon on her screen, she said: "With Carla," there was a slight irritation in her voice.

"Oh Carla, this is Mike. Sorry to call so late but something very serious happened!" His voice had something urgent and Carla was immediately alerted. She turned her desk chair a quarter so that she no longer looked at the computer and then turned her attention to Mike.
"What happened Mike? You make me nervous."
Mike did not respond immediately but a few seconds later he said, "Jim has been killed!" There was a sob in his voice.
